Licensed clinicians are available around the clock. Cold, flu, infection, rash, or minor injury. Providers evaluate, diagnose, and treat you virtually. Prescriptions and referrals are provided when clinically appropriate.

Virtual urgent care suits the problems that cannot wait for a scheduled appointment but do not belong in an emergency room. You describe your symptoms during intake, then an independent licensed clinician reviews your history and meets you by secure video or messaging, usually the same day. Sinus infections, urinary tract infections, pink eye, sore throats, seasonal allergies, and skin irritations are all common reasons people start a visit here. If your symptoms point to something that needs hands-on testing or imaging, your provider will tell you directly and refer you to in-person care. Chest pain, difficulty breathing, and other emergencies should always go to 911 or the nearest emergency room.
