You upload clear photos of the affected area, answer questions about how long it has been there and what has changed, and a licensed dermatology provider reviews everything before your visit. Acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, contact dermatitis, fungal infections, hair thinning, and nail changes are all routinely handled this way. You receive a written care plan, and prescriptions such as topical treatments or oral medication are sent to your pharmacy when clinically appropriate. Anything suspicious for skin cancer, or a lesion that needs a biopsy, is referred promptly for an in-person evaluation.
